Our team, lead by attorney Kristin Bullwinkel, works to develop rapport with our clients by being available, responsive, and sensitive to their needs. We take the time with our clients to explain the law and the process to help them understand their cases.

Founder With More Than 35 Years Of Experience

Kristin A. Bullwinkel and her team focuses on family law issues, ranging from prenuptial agreements, mediation and conciliation to the litigation of divorce, paternity, modification and contempt proceedings. Kristin has also been appointed by various Justices of the Probate and Family Court to serve as Guardian ad Litem (category F), Conciliator, Parent Coordinator and Discovery Master in all areas of family law.

Kristin is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Law And Psychology

From 1998 to 2022, Kristin was an adjunct faculty member at the Woods College of Advancing Studies at Boston College where she taught Law and Psychology.

Kristin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College. Kristin has been selected for inclusion in the Massachusetts Rising Stars® (2005) and Massachusetts Super Lawyers® (2010 – 2021) for her work in family law.
