Kristin Bullwinkel

Kristin A. Bullwinkel specializes in all areas of family law, ranging from mediation to the litigation of divorce, paternity, modification and contempt proceedings.  Kristin has also been appointed by various Justices of the Probate and Family Court to serve as Guardian ad Litem, Conciliator, Parent Coordinator and Discovery Master in all areas of family law.

Kristin is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Since 1998 and continuing, Kristin is an adjunct faculty member at the Woods College of Advancing Studies at Boston College where she presently teaches Law and Psychology.

Kristin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College.  Kristin has been selected for inclusion in the Massachusetts Rising Stars® (2005) and Massachusetts Super Lawyers® (2010 – 2020) for her work in family law.
